This story is set in two arcs. The beginning in South Korea & North Korea (1990) and the end in San Francisco, California (1995).
I recommend mobile for the carrd and strawpage!

What are âparasitesâ?
Parasites are creatures the size of a hamster that take the form of real insects, allowing them to easily camouflage themselves from the human eye. Parasites infect the brain of a human who feels weak, aggressive, jealous, etc. Basically, someone going through an unstable period in their life; the parasites take advantage of this human weakness to infect the person. Only a few people are infected.
What happens after infection?
Depending on the individual, the infection may be more severe or not. Parasites feed on human aggression. At first, they only exhibit cannibalistic tendencies and are very sensitive to loud noises; when the human accepts the infection as part of themselves or as something positive, they develop a unique set of traits and abilities related to the insect the parasite mimics.
Stages of the parasite:
1. Accept the parasite or escape its negative control; if you donât accept it, itâll leave your brain lol.2. Once you accept it, itâll start giving you abilities and things thatâll help you feel âbetter.â Ex: If youâre a bad soccer player, itâll give you the ability to be good out of nowhere.3. Youâll have abilities from the insect that infected you, and your body may deform to accommodate them. Ex: Whatever the fuck happens in Devilman Crybaby, paraysite and Tokyo ghoul.4. If you no longer have control over your parasite, you move on to the next stage â
What happens when you lose control of your parasite?
âYour skin starts to melt away slowly; your body becomes more monstrous, and only your head remains somewhat or fully human.
âIf the parasite canât feed on other humans, the humanâs body quickly melts away like acid, but the skull remains intact so the parasite can escape. If you break the skull before the parasite escapes, it will die as well.âTheyâll attack any uninfected human as soon as they see them; theyâre like animals. Theyâre just hungry.
More info:
âThe infected will usually stop eating humans if they see any visible signs of infection in them. However, they will attack if provoked or if the half-infected is hostile toward them.âOnce the infected reach Stage 2, they cannot die as easily as humans. They can recover from most injuries and damage, ALTHOUGH they still feel the pain of these injuries when they are inflicted.âTo kill those in stages 2â3, you need to mutilate them or severely damage their bodies, but the infectedâs resilience and regenerative abilities make this very difficult to do. Severely burning them can also kill them.
YES!!! SHOW ME!!!!! The insects CAN be duplicated, except for the centipedes, for lore reasons.
